Conventional recruitment services are expensive, and it was difficult to provide services commensurate with cost effectiveness because the regular employment rate is low in Vietnam. We pursue human resources introduction services, and want to provide the services that can contribute to client's business development. Also changing job is the major turning point of life, and we would like to support candidates for their self-actualization. We will do our best to be a leading company in Vietnam.

ホーチミン経済大学を卒業後、IT営業、保険営業、不動産営業を経て独立。独立後、コンビニエンスストアを2店舗、
コーヒーショップ2店舗を立ち上げる。
2019年にGLOBAL DOORを設立し、人財業界に参入。

ベトナム在住歴6年。大学卒業後、大手人材紹介会社に入社。入社1か月後に、ベトナム拠点へ異動し、配属4か月目にベトナム拠点の最高売上を樹立。その成果が認められ、その年の社員総会にて、新卒約400名の中から、
新人賞を受賞。翌年2019年10月に前職を退職し、
GLOBAL DOORを設立。
